2 tbsp grated fresh TERES Spray-Free ginger
2 tsp minced fresh Australian garlic
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp sesame oil
⅓ cup thick sweet soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 finely chopped spring onion
4 fresh salmon fillets

Mix the marinade ingredients together and marinate the salmon for at least 1 hour in the fridge.

Heat a large pan and fry the salmon over medium-high heat until just cooked.

Sprinkle over the sesame seeds & spring onion. and serve.
